Welcome to the Children’s Complementary Therapy Network (CCTN).

CCTN is based in the UK and helps to support the use of complementary therapies for children by providing a platform for training, education and clinical practice. LEARN more about the CCTN.

Membership of the CCTN is open to any professionals interested in the use of complementary therapies for children. It is free to join the CCTN. Existing members include complementary therapists, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, teachers, researchers and service developers.

The CCTN is supported by Freshwinds charity, Birmingham UK.

3rd CHILDREN’S COMPLEMENTARY
THERAPY NETWORK CONFERENCE

The 3rd CCTN conference was successfully held on Saturday 17th May at the Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

This was a rare opportunity for medical professionals (e.g. doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, etc) and complementary therapists to learn and share knowledge and experience in the conventional and complementary therapy management of children with asthma, eczema and cerebral palsy.

The Pangea 2008 Conference is a multi-track, pediatric integrative medicine program offered to all doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, complementary therapy practitioners, residents, students and others in health care training programs. The two-day program is designed for those who care for children in all therapeutic settings. It will be held at the New York Marriott Downtown in New York City.

North American Research Conference on Complementary and Integrative Medicine

The North American Research Conference on Complementary & Integrative Medicine will showcase original scientific CAM research through keynote and plenary sessions, oral and poster presentations, and innovative scientific sessions.
